Exchange Terms

- Visible defects(more than 1cm) on the items.

- Replacement for a wrong sizing sent.

- Items are opened for exchange for same design as purchased.

- Exchange shall be proceed within 7days item received. 

- Reasons as: size not fit / color exchange / minor or non-visible defects(less than 1cm) will not be accepted. 

Refund Terms:

- Only faulty item that went out of stock to exchange.

- Reasons agreed thru our CS team.

- Credit will be refunded into preferred payment accounts within 3-5 working days.
